  • The lyre that is always alongside them throughout his journeys and through the streets of Mondstadt is well known. Most know them as “Venti the Bard” and not as Lord Barbatos.

  • They come and go as they please, with no steady income from a job. So, with no mora, Venti, has the audience buy drinks as a form of tips.

  • Venti is quite fond of alcohol, specifically Dandelion Wine, and can often be found sipping on it.

the winds cry for you

The feeling of a wine glass lingered between their fingers. Short legs kept tripping over each other causing Venti to trip a few times. The bard was on their way back to the place that felt safe to them. Arriving to a familiar place, in the dead of night. The stars were lighting the way for the bard as the journey slowly came to a closing. The sight of their longtime companion had Venti giving a faint smile along with a sad chuckle. The tears that welled up in the brim of Venti's eyes threatened to fall. Dvalin had approached the bard slowly as they pressed their foreheads together.Venti allowed themselves to fall to the ground. The grass danced with the wind that blew through it. Knees to their chest as Venti longingly looked up into the sky. Could they even hear Venti up there, wherever they were.“Every day the sun rises and falls, the moon follows after. Overcoming loss should become easier as the mortals say. Will there ever be a time that this aching feeling in my chest will dissipate? A part of me would like to go with you, but I must stay.”An exasperated sigh falls from Venti's lips. The lump in their throat forced down with a hard swallow. It could be that their was more alcohol involved than usual, it was time to let it all out. Everything that had been held in. Sobbing into their knees, tights now soaked by mourning tears.Tomorrow will continue as if today never happened.

Although they can be childish in some situations Venti does look out for others in her own way. #02.  — When alone at night they take their hair out from its braids.
